How do I become an exhibitor/vendor at the Akron Authors Con?
Simple. Fill out the form below, and someone will reach out with a link to your registration.
What is the cost to be an exhibitor/vendor at the Akron Authors Con?
Booths/Tables are just $150 for the weekend, and there are plenty to go around.
Will there be WiFi?
Yes. WiFi will be available.
Will electricity be available?
Yes! Absolutely! All vendor spaces will have access to electricity if needed.
If I sign up to give/ host a panel or workshop, can I get a discount?
Yes, since we encourage people to host panels and workshops, we offer discounts on your booth/table.
Can I bring a helper?
Yes. Each vendor can bring 1 extra person – as two chairs will be provided. If you need extra assistance, please let us know - we can offer up a discount on admission for an extra helper.
You may need to bring an extra chair if you have a need with extra helpers
Do I need to bring my own table and chairs?
No. A table and 2 chairs will be provided.

What if I have a HUGE display and need two booths.? Can I get a discount for buying 2 or more booths?
Yes. We can absolutely work with you on that.
What if, on the day of the event, I have an emergency and cannot make it.? Can my booth be refunded?
If you give us advanced notice before the convention, we can make certain concessions to help you out.
Can I have my service dog with me?
If you have a legitimately certified service dog, then yes. It'd be weird if you had a service hamster.
How big of a booth space is available?
Each Booth Space is an 8 X 8 space.
Will there be food available?
Absolutely. There will be food available (different food will be available depending on venue).
